With two rounds complete of the Enduro World Cup (EDR), Yeti / FOX Factory racers Richie Rude and Sławomir Łukasik made the trip to the third stop of the Enduro World Cup in Saalfelden Leogang – Salzburgerland.
Local legend Sławomir Łukasik podiums twice in Poland in Enduro and E-Enduro, claiming top of the box in E and second in Enduro. Richie Rude and Ryan Gilchrist both claimed 3rd place in Enduro and E-Enduro, respectively.
One of the most iconic stops on the Enduro circuit, known to make or break athletes. The steep, technical terrain combined with brutal heat, and punishing transfers quickly separated the underprepared, favoring the incredibly fit riders who had put in the hours during the off-season.
The previous six stops of the 2023 circuit have crowned six different athletes, so victory in Châtel could be anyone’s. The series overall, however, was in Richie Rude’s grasp.
