ACCESSORY MOUNT.
Keeping tools easily accessible and quiet, the strapless accessory mount takes tools or tubes securely attached to the frame. Now your bib shorts and pant pockets stay tool-free.
THIS IS HOW IT FEELS TO RIDE LIKE YOU ALWAYS KNEW YOU COULD. NOT BECAUSE THE MTe GIVES YOU 350 WATTS WHENEVER YOU WANT IT. BECAUSE IT WAS DESIGNED TO SHRED AS PRIORITY ONE. WITH ALL THE HELL-YES OF SIXFINITY, AND AN INNOVATIVE DRIVE UNIT THAT NEVER HOGS THE SPOTLIGHT. THE MTe IS A MOUNTAIN BIKE FIRST. THAT ALSO LETS YOU GET AWAY WITH IT. WELCOME TO THE GOOD GUILT.
We designed the MTe for MTB first. Built around the World Cup-winning suspension that athletes and editors around the globe are calling the best-performing mountain bike suspension they’ve ever ridden. Welcome to the hell-yes of Sixfinity.
With builds starting at just over 38 lbs / 17 kg pounds, the MTe scales out like an enduro race bike and rides like a bike with “talent” included. Its TQ HPR 60 drive unit gives 60Nm of torque and 350w max power while wearing the crown as the industry’s lightest and quietest. Refined so you feel every added watt with zero lag for a natural ride feel. The MTe recalibrates what we will forever expect of the eMTB.
With the MTe, you can adjust the Sixfinity leverage rate progression to fine tune to your riding style, shock choice and terrain with the flip of a chip. Choose supportive and efficient, or a livelier feel with more bottom-out resistance. In all settings, the linear shape of the MTe suspension curves will provide consistent, confidence-inspiring predictability.

With Sixfinity, we tune pedaling efficiency at sag to maintain the same parabolic anti-squat curves seen with Switch Infinity. The curves are then scaled inversely to the MTe’s electric assist. As a result, the MTe anti-squat magnitudes are intentionally greater than the full power 160e, yielding an appropriate balance of traction and pedaling efficiency.
Plus, as the Switch Link moves up, pedaling support is provided where desired, with a higher anti-squat centered at sag extending across the pedaling zone. As the Switch link moves down, the anti-squat sharply drops off for descending performance.
Sixfinity is tuned to strike the ideal balance of traction and geometry preservation when braking. MTe’s anti-rise is consistent throughout suspension travel due to its linear curve. This puts Sixfinity in a performance class all to itself.

The TQ HPR60 drive-unit is centered around an oscillating motion of the cycloidal gear reduction mechanism. Translation for the rider: power is applied evenly and naturally. Nothing harshes a ride like rattles and whirrs from the drive unit. The TQ HPR60 drive-unit also offers virtually silent frame chassis, your friends won’t even hear it.
Fully integrated, enhanced color display shows battery level and available range. Also offers seamless smartphone integration thanks to tried-and-true ANT+ and Bluetooth standards. TQ display clearly shows input, drive unit power, rpm along with a catalog of features for the rider.

Our custom, proprietary designed chainguide mounts efficiently into the lower pivot bolt for a lightweight, clean and effective solution.
32-34t Max chainring compatability in two positions.
The MTe carries forward our World Cup winning, precision-machined floating collet axle designed linkage. Using standard sized cartridge bearings our floating collet axles boost a perfectly aligned shock and smooth linkage that lasts.
Our proprietary, in-house designed Yeti carbon handlebar is engineered for a compliant ride while offering internal e-MTB routing for a clean cockpit.
On the muddiest race days, the integrated rear fender keeps debris from impeding suspension movement of the Sixfinity switch link.To protect against rock strikes, the MTe features a downtube guard that doubles as an access door, facilitating battery swaps and service access to internally routed cables.
The MTe lets you pick the battery based on the ride in mind. Go ultra-light with the 290Wh unit, choose the 580Wh for hours on hours and the punch of boost mode, and pick up a range extender for the mega missions.
We started with the multi-champion geometry of Richie’s SB160 and balanced it with our award-winning trail ruler SB140. It’s a geometry work of wonder that stays consistent whether setup in full 29 or running mixed wheels. And if you think the motor messes up the balance, don’t. While our riders call the MTe the most planted YETI in the lineup, when it comes time to throw it around, the MTe shreds like a trail bike should.
