Pro Deal Guidelines:
- Your pro deal is your pro deal only. Be discrete. Don’t boast.
- Our dealers are important to us. Do your part to know who your local Yeti dealer is and recommend that shop to anyone who asks. Find the closest dealer to you here.
- You get (1) one bike per year, and we ask you to ride it for 12 months. This program isn’t for your profit. It’s because we value your business and appreciate you riding our bikes.
- Sizing — if you have questions about sizing for bikes or apparel, please call (303) 278-6909 or email our Customer Service. Our team will help you find the right size. Try not to go into your dealer to just “window shop.”
- Assembly — we build up your bike to 95% completion and ship it to you just like that. It’s your job to install the handlebars and put the front wheel on. If you’re not a qualified mechanic or don’t feel you can do the rest, please contact us before ordering so we can find a solution. Bike shop employee and all international bikes arrive ~50% assembled.
- Bike availability is subject to change and at Yeti’s discretion. Yeti reserves the right to deny bike purchases or cancel Yeti Pro Purchase benefits at any time or if the terms of this Pro Purchase Agreement are not met.
- Returns/Exchanges - Bikes and Frames returns/exchanges are not accepted for pro purchases. Apparel items cannot be returned but exchanged if there are sizing issues. If there is an issue with your order, contact us at [email protected].
Your account can be terminated if you violate any of these guidelines.
