Shortly after launching the ASR we had a familiar thought: “What if we put a longer fork on this?” Well, here we are again, the ASR Lunch Ride is born. A stout FOX 34SL 130mm fork serving a slacker 66.1º headtube angle side effect = more smash.
Modern XC riding is more extreme, requiring the kind of room to attack descents that only “proper-droppers” can provide. ASR’s uninterrupted and shorter seat tube allows room for longer, full-stroke dropper posts.
With the perfect balance of bite and speed, Maxxis Dissector and Forekaster unlock the ASR’s innate trail prowess. Race up. Rip down. Repeat.
Once we achieved our desired kinematics, we looked at how to shed weight with our link. This quest turned the one-piece 7075 aluminum alloy link on T-Series frames into a structurally rigid exoskeleton, as functional as it is sculptural.
Riding at mach speed calls for lightning quick response. Four piston SRAM Motive brakes make light work of the hairy sections, allowing you to focus on what matters most: the ride.

Custom ply shapes, critical material choice, intelligent draping methods, and smooth transitions between every carbon ply have eliminated redundant carbon, giving radical strength for super lightweight. Such a boundary pushing schedule driven from in-depth carbon analysis tools marks a Yeti first.
We wanted to kill carbon redundancy everywhere, not just where it was easy. Our 20+ years of carbon-only experience told us we could remove solid volume at pivots and still exceed the demands of XC, with no downside on performance or bearing life.
Slimmed, solid-carbon dropouts cradle the axle with far less carbon for the same strength. More efficiency, better responsiveness, less weight.
Another goal was to engineer each frame for the same ride characteristics to give every rider the same feel, regardless of size. Every ASR frame has size-specific carbon schedules tuning at a much more sensitive level, and accurately matching torsional stiffness and chassis-flex profiles too. Tedious? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely.
With 30% sag (yes, you read right), and a relatively linear leverage rate that compliments short-stroke shocks, small bumps and trail chatter dissolve. What’s left is a sprint efficient suspension, that also delivers 100% usable travel that punches way above its weight class.
The ASR is born from a thoroughbred racing pedigree. But we’re letting this one out of the stable. The ASR LR carries the racing prowess to the trails, backcountry, and all-day-epics. Sprint up switchbacks, rail loose turns, float down tech. The ASR LR is chomping at the bit.

At 115mm of travel and 30% sag, ASR geometry puts riders in a power position to efficiently spin, evenly weight the wheels for traction, and transition more smoothly from saddle to full-throttle sprinting.
