LAST WE CHECKED, “XC-STYLE” RACING ON A MOUNTAIN BIKE DOESN’T STOP ONCE YOU CREST THE CLIMB. CRUSHING SOULS ON THE DESCENT IS MORE THAN HALF THE FUN. AND A HELL OF A LOT MORE THAN HALF THE POINT. FOR RACERS WHO WANT TO FLY DOWN AS MUCH AS SOAR UP, THE SB100 IS THE BIKE WE’VE ALWAYS WANTED TO MAKE.

meets transcendent. With the SB100,
riding an “XC” bike doesn’t have to suck.
Internally tunneled cable routing end to end makes race day service not only possible, but realistic.
A lighter, stronger front triangle – our integrated headset allows for a lower stack height and cleaner carbon layup without redundancies or the need for aluminum inserts.
Low slung top tube, and an uninterrupted seat tube to fit today’s full stroke droppers for today’s trans-style race whips.
A lighter Switch
Short-travel specific design of Switch Infinity, turned 90 degrees and optimized for lighter weight and efficiency.
Across our line, we have chosen a relatively flat and high anti-squat curve in beginning and mid-section of travel where pedaling commonly occurs a.k.a the pedaling zone. This creates an efficient pedaling platform through your entire pedaling zone, there is an inflection point where the Switch Infinity link moves down, dropping the anti-squat drastically. Riders are typically not pedaling in this zone, so chain forces have less of an effect on the suspension performance. Decoupling of the chain forces allows the suspension to work more efficiently to absorb impacts making the feel of a Yeti distinct.

TO A WEIGHT-WEENIE ON AN UPHILL ONLY MACHINE.
THE SB100 TENDS TO DISMISS SUCH QUESTIONS IN A HURRY
Efficient, capable, direct, the SB100 puts the CHARGE! back in “XC.”
Uphill strong. Downhill stronger. It isn't uncommon to find riders on the SB100 keeping pace with others on longer travel rigs. Racing, or not.
FORWARD BIAS POSTURE
Gives racers room to stay comfortable over long race days.
AN APPROPRIATE FRAME REACH
Keeping racers agile, able to react to race tactics, and tightly taped courses.
