RETURN POLICY 

What is your return policy?  

Return Window: Return items within 30 days of fulfillment if they are new/unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

Return Location: Return by mail or at our Yeti Cycles Germany office.

Required Info: Provide the order number and the purchaser’s email address.

Dealer Purchases: Items bought from a Yeti dealer must be returned to that store.

Refund Process: Refunds go to the original payment method; if unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

DHL Return Label:

• 5€ flat-rate DHL label for eligible customers in the supported countries listed above.

• Label can be printed after requesting a return online or by contacting customer service.

• The 5€ fee is deducted from your refund. 

What is your exchange policy?  

Exchanges are free for eligible customers within the supported countries. You can use the online portal to order the new size or color of the same item you are exchanging. Exchanges for items different from the original item (other than size or color) are not permitted. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original item(s). 

How to return items by mail?  

1. Have your order number and the email address of the person who placed the order on hand, and select the Start A Return button to kick off the RMA process.  

 2. Repackage your gear in the original shipping packaging or use your own.   

3. Send off your return using a carrier of your choice or at a DHL location using a prepaid label that you can request.   

You can also choose to use your own carrier. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box or on a note in the packaging and send it to:

How do I return/exchange items to the Yeti Cycles Germany Office?  

Bring your item(s) to our showroom Monday – Friday, 9:00-16:00.

What items cannot be returned/exchanged?  

We will not accept returns or exchanges for used/worn apparel, parts, accessory items, or paint. All items marked as FINAL Sale are ineligible for returns and exchanges. Items purchased anywhere other than yeticycles.com or our showroom must be returned to the original purchase location. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us.  

What if the item was a gift?  

Gifts can be returned or exchanged if brought into the Yeti Cycles Germany showroom with the order number or receipt. If you want to return it by mail, please have the order number ready and contact us at [email protected] or call us at +49 (8026) 2064990.   

When will I be refunded for my return?  

Refunds for returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your package.

FINAL SALE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY 

When items are marked as FINAL SALE, the policies below:

No returns or exchanges: All final-sale purchases are final, meaning no returns or exchanges are allowed. If an item is received defective, damaged, or as a misshipment, we will make exceptions. 

Check the sizing: Since you won't be able to exchange the item, it's important to make sure you're buying the right size. Check the sizing chart and read any reviews to get an idea of how the item(s) fit.

No price adjustments: Final sale items do not qualify for price adjustments or price matches.

Sales tax: Depending on where you live, sales tax may still be added to the final sale price.

Free Ground Shipping:

Orders over 200€ are shipped free to the supported countries listed above. Please make sure to select Ground Shipping. We do not offer free expedited shipping except during special promotions.
