International Sales Coordinator

Reports to: Global Sales Manager
General Summary:
The International Sales Coordinator will report to the Global Sales Manager and be responsible for ensuring continued growth of international sales through efficient workflow processes and exceptional customer service. The ISC will be involved in product allocation, order management, implementation of sales programs, process documentation, customer service and shipping logistics. In addition to supporting the international side of the business, the ISC may be tasked with domestic sales support adjacent to the responsibilities above, as needed. This individual must be detail oriented and have highly effective communication skills that are culturally attuned.
Essential Job Functions:
Order Processing
- Own the order process from start to finish, managing lead times, and availability.
- Connect with accounts on shipping methods and timelines to maximize product movement and profitability along the supply chain
- Book and manage applicable drop ship orders
- Monitor and occasionally audit pricing and details to make sure systems are working correctly
Account Management:
- Issue order confirmations, proformas, credit notes, and statements to keep customer accounts current and product flowing.
- Quickly respond to reconciliations or other bookkeeping requests
- Keep account details current and up to date
Customer Service
- Provide technical information and support to warranty regarding servicing the international accounts
- Main point of contact for distributors regarding day-to-day questions, problems, availability, etc.
- Assist customer service by directing consumers to the right outlet in their provided location
Operations
- Help create, maintain and distribute price lists across global markets and foreign currencies
- Manage B2B access and pricing.
- Seek out new strategies to improve data collection, retention, and accuracy that can be used for reporting and forecasting
- Coordinate with marketing when international accounts are visiting for Tribe
- Keep all documents up to date and current including but not limited to dealer/distributor contracts, distributor list for customer service reference and YETI dealer/distributor list on Locally, B2B and Syspro details for accounts
- Work with distributors on Yeti Handbook allocation and provide timely reports on registration info.
Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of bike and/or outdoor industry sales experience
- Strong written, communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of customer service and customer experience
- Sufficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Outlook)
- Experience working with CRM (salesforce) and ERP(Syspro) systems a plus
- Capable of working in a dynamic and competitive work environment, sometimes on short timelines
- Ability to shred with a strong connection to mountain bike/cycling culture preferred.

Compensation Range:
$45,000-52,0000 annually, depending on experience. This is a non-exempt position.
