BIKE RETURN POLICY 

What is your Bike return policy?  

Bikes purchased directly from Yeti Cycles may be returned by mail or at Yeti HQ in Golden, CO for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item(s) are in new/unused condition with all included parts, accessories, and manuals. Returns can be initiated through our customer support team online or at (303) 278-6909.Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. The initial shipping cost is non-refundable. Yeti Cycles products purchased at a Yeti dealer must be returned to the original purchase location. 

Once your item is received, it will be inspected for damage or unusual use. Returned products that are damaged, missing parts, or show significant visible use may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price of the bicycle. Returns may take up to 10 business days to process. 

We will provide a FedEx return shipping label for eligible customers within the contiguous U.S.  

What is your Bike exchange policy? 

Bikes purchased directly from Yeti Cycles may be returned by mail or at Yeti HQ in Golden, CO for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item(s) are in new/unused condition with all included parts, accessories, and manuals. If your bike is in new condition and you'd like to exchange it for a different size or model, please contact customer support.

If you're not sure about the size, specs, or have any concerns about the product before you hit that order button, we suggest you drop by your local bike shop and make your purchase from there. They can help you get the right fit, and provide a great spot to roll into for future maintenance needs. You can always contact us for any questions.  

How to return bikes by mail?  

1. Have your order number and contact us to start a return. You can contact us at 303-278-6909, orders@yeticycles.com, or chat with us on our website. We will provide you with an RMA number and a shipping label for your return.  

2. Repackage your bike in the original bike box that it came in. You can use the un-boxing video here to reference how to repackage the bike.   

3.  Drop your packaged bike off at a FedEx location using the prepaid label that was provided.  

How do I return/exchange items to Yeti Cycles HQ?

NON-BIKE RETURN POLICY 

What is your non-bike return policy?  

You may return your purchases by mail or at Yeti Cycles HQ within 30 days of your fulfillment date, provided the item(s) are in new/unused condition and are in the original packaging with the tags attached. The order number and email address of the person who placed the order are required to submit a return. Yeti Cycles products purchased at a Yeti dealer must be returned to the original purchase location.   

Once your item is received, we will provide a refund to the original method of payment. If the credit card used for the original order is unavailable, we will issue your refund through store credit. The initial shipping cost is non-refundable.   

We offer a flat-rate $7 FedEx shipping label for eligible customers within the contiguous U.S. and request a refund to the credit card that was used for the original order. You can either print this label after requesting a return online or contact us to help you with the return. The $7 price for the FedEx label will be deducted from the refund issued for your return.   

What is your non-bike exchange policy?  

Exchanges are free for eligible customers within the contiguous U.S. You can use the online portal to order the new size or color of the same item you are exchanging. Exchanges for items different from the original item (other than size or color) are not permitted. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original item(s). 

How to return non-bike items by mail?  

1. Have your order number and the email address of the person who placed the order on hand and select the Start A Return button to kick off the RMA process.  

 2. Repackage your gear in the original shipping packaging or use your own.   

3. Send off your return using a carrier of your choice or at a FedEx location using a prepaid label that you can request.   

You can also choose to use your own carrier. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box or on a note in the packaging and send it to:

How do I return/exchange non-bike items to Yeti Cycles HQ?

What items cannot be returned/exchanged?  

We will not accept returns or exchanges for used/worn apparel, parts, accessory items, or paint. All items marked as FINAL Sale are ineligible for returns and exchanges. Items purchased anywhere other than yeticycles.com or our showroom must be returned to the original purchase location. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us.  

How do non-bike international returns/exchanges work?  

You will use your own carrier to ship the item(s) back to us. Once your item is received, we will provide a refund to the original method of payment. If the credit card used for the original order is unavailable, we will issue your refund through store credit. The initial shipping cost and return shipping are non-refundable.

What if the item was a gift?  

Gifts can be returned or exchanged if brought into Yeti Cycles HQ with the order number or receipt. If you want to return it by mail, please have the order number ready and contact us at orders@yeticycles.com or call us at 303-278-6909.   

When will I be refunded for my return?  

Refunds for returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your package.

FINAL SALE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY 

When items are marked as FINAL SALE, the policies below:

  • No returns or exchanges: All purchases during a final sale are considered final, meaning no returns or exchanges are allowed. If an item is received defective, damaged, or as a mis-ship, we will make exceptions for these situations. 
  • Check the sizing: Since you won't be able to exchange the item, it's important to make sure you're buying the right size. Check the sizing chart and read any reviews to get an idea of how the item(s) fits.
  • No price adjustments: Final sale items do not qualify for price adjustments or price matches.
  • Sales tax: Depending on where you live, sales tax may still be added to the final sale price.

SHIPPING

Yeti Cycles Direct Bike Orders

When you place a bike order on yeticycles.com, your new Yeti will be built to order in our Golden, CO headquarters and will ship within four business days of payment to addresses only in the contiguous United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship ebikes to zip codes within New York City. Tracking information will be emailed upon build completion. Please allow up to seven business days for ground delivery, and be aware that an adult signature is required for all bike shipments. Expedited shipping is available during checkout. Once the bike is assembled and shipped, please allow up to two business days for transit.

Your bike will be completely built and adjusted before it leaves here – we’ll even bed the brakes in and put tubeless sealant in the tires. But we have to fit it in the box somehow, so minimal assembly will be required using the tools and instructions provided. Bike orders ship FedEx Ground for a flat $75 per bike and EBikes are $150 per bike.

Free Ground Shipping applies to non-bike items:

Orders over $125 (pre-tax value) shipping within the lower 48 states or to an APO/FPO address. Please make sure to select Ground Shipping. We do not offer free expedited shipping except during special promotions.

Free Shipping does NOT apply to:
- Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
- Orders shipping internationally
- Pro deal orders
- Dealer/Distributor Orders
- Bikes

- Orders are subject to local sales tax

International Shipping

Yeti Cycles ships to a vast majority of countries as we want to serve our Yeti freaks across the globe. We are unable to ship bikes to international addresses. For non-bike international orders, please note that customs clearance is different in every country and that you may be charged additional fees, tariffs, and brokerage fees on top of postage charges. These additional charges are your responsibility.
